We stayed there just for one night, but really liked the hotel. The hotel is really nice, staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. We were sorry we didn't get to use the pool, it looked great.

From the moment we arrived at L’Imperator Maison Albar we knew we had chosen the right hotel for our stay in Nimes. This is an EXCEPTIONAL 5-star hotel and has truly set the benchmark for luxury and hospitality. Every detail of our stay was meticulously catered to, making it a very memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome from GM Romaric Blanvillain. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were shown around the beautiful facilities and on to our room by the charming Rievelinio. The hotel combines class, elegance and warmth, with beautiful interior decor and clever use of space and architecture. The pool is heavenly - in fact there are two pools to choose from, an indoor pool next to the spa and an outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and peace and quiet. By the pool we were looked after by Quentin with an impressive level of courtesy and efficiency. Breakfast was wonderful (thanks to Natalie and Romane) and served in a calm setting, with the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. What truly sets L’Imperator apart is the exceptional service provided by the team and the way they make guests feel. Many hotels try to be hospitable because that is their job, they are ‘paid to smile’, but the Albar staff are happy to be there and show genuine care for each guest- even remembering guests names when greeting them. Special mention to the Hero’s Pierre and Benjamin, who both went above and beyond in their assistance and care. And the exceptional Fabien (so speedy) Tristan and Frederic, Kaoutar, Doriane, Karla, Clara, Maxime, Imrane, Sabah and Claire. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay. We have already re-booked to stay again…it is worth visiting Nimes just to stay at L’Imperator.

We stayed here during our Christmas vacation, and it was an amazing experience! We were a group of four, and we all loved it. The themed rooms were beautifully designed with great attention to detail, making our stay truly unique and enjoyable. The creativity of this place really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!

An exceptional nice and comfortable place. Everything is just perfect in the mix. The rooms, we booked the junior suite, the beds, the finishing of the rooms, the personal touch during breakfast and the very friendly staff. Add to this the Maya Club of the same owners and you will experience a perfect holiday. On top there is a small spa. What more to look for.

Great breakfast, good size room, comfy bed and great utilities, large balcony with nice view, good secured parking, quick check in and professional staff.

We loved our stay at the Chateau. The location was perfect to visit both towns of Avignon and Villeneuve, which is truly a hidden gem, surprisingly full of medieval history! The estate is stunning and our suite was spacious, super clean, as well as crisp, comfortable, quiet and elegant. We had the best sleep! Reception upon arrival was smooth and easy. Kenzo took the time to share some great dinning recommendations and he answered all our questions about the Chateau. We truly appreciated the sauna and the spa after our long days in the cold visiting the area. We wished we had booked at least an extra night to explore further this fascinating part of the Provence! But we'll definitely be back on our next French trip!

Amazingly located place with a spectacular view from the roof, very stylish decorated with extremely friedndly and supportive hosts Breakfast was unforgetable! And thanks for the parking slot , you kindly shared with us!

It was truly one of the most amazing stays we had so far. We booked spontaneously. The suite has an amazing view over the mountains, it was huge and very clean. The house itself is so special and beautiful and the garden, the jacuzzi and the pool are the cherry on the top. But most importantly Marie the host makes you feel like home, she makes amazing breakfast with home made products and cooks a special local dinner for you when requested before. So if you want a holiday where you feel newborn afterwards that is the place for you.

The house is really cool. It’s made as a witch house, and each room has its own decorations. The bathrooms are new and clean. There is a big common room with games and a couch, so it’s also very suitable for families with kids. There is a nice small courtyard where you can sit. In the garage there was space for several bikes. Thomas was really nice and made me feel welcomed. The breakfast in the morning was great with freshly pressed orange juice and homemade yogurt.
