The best hotel I have ever visited. It is amazing, I loved the architecture, the rooms, the pool etc. They have a lot of breakfast varities. The pool is heated and I like that there are a lot of plants and palms next to it. The cocktails from the bars next to the pool are amazing! The staff is very friendly, we were able to check-in with almost 2h earlier, I really appreciated this.

I would like to mention the restaurants with always delicious and varied food, the tennis and padel courts (specially coach Ivan), the gym and all the hotel staff (very pleasant to talk to and always ready to help in resolving any issue). The area is very quiet and peaceful. the room has everything for a long stay. From the terrace of the room there is a very beautiful view of the ocean and the neighboring island. By taxi you can quickly and conveniently reach neighboring cities within 20-25 minutes. we spent a wonderful 10 days and will definitely come back here.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at – a cosmic blend of luxury hotel standards with the warmth and comfort of home. The service was truly outstanding: on the very day I arrived, my glasses broke, and since it was the weekend I couldn’t find anywhere to repair them. The hotel staff not only connected me with the right place but were also available for every question or request I had. A place like this is rare – everyone should experience it at least once in their lifetime. Oh, and don’t get me started on the food! The rooftop restaurant doesn’t just serve amazingly delicious dishes – it’s a full experience, almost like a show. If you’re there, don’t miss the smoked steak tartare – absolutely unforgettable.

Children will enjoy the aquatic park, which includes a surf pool. Guests will find sun loungers service. The huge range of facilities just can’t be faulted; short stroll to town and beach to have a nice mix of resort and local outings and meals; great hotel for kids; not too crowded (never any issue getting sun loungers and often even the Balinese beds); the rooms were just so spacious and comfortable and the quality of the daily clean was amazing.
