I have only good things to say about this place! Thank you Francesca, Nati and the rest of the team. You guys went above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff is so friendly, and welcoming! The rooms are modern, new, spacious and very clean. We had half-board and both breakfasts and dinners, were varied with a selection of healthy options for people like me! The ground are beautifully kept, there's lounging areas everywhere, the pools are heated, and the gym was great too. Thank you so much for a very special trip!! We will definitely be back!

Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! From the exceptional services to the cozy and inviting atmosphere, not to mention the delicious food, our stay was an absolute delight. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. It's rare to find a place that excels in every aspect, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. can't wait to return for another memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was just great! From the location of the hotel, to the restoran , swimming pools and very nice, clean rooms! We expected a good hotel when we booked but this one really exceeded our expectations. 10/10 without doubt :)

The division between pool areas gives you an option to choose in what kind of atmosphere you like best. All the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffe was great and restaurants countrary to all expectations.

After visiting all different parts of the island, I can say that this is the best location to base yourself in Lanzarote. Keep in mind that we had a rental car, which made everything much easier. The airport is 5 minutes away, the main city is 10 minutes away, Spar, bike rentals and many restaurants are a few minutes walk away. We visited all the attractions of the island and they are fairly evenly spaced from the location (20-40 minutes by car). There are also many larger shopping centers nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, the resort is quite large and offers the most different things. They have two pools, which were quite cold in February, although they said they were heated. Still it was nice for a short swim. The gym is small and only opens at 8 am, although it was often not open on the hour. The apartment was unique and had a lot of space both inside and outside, its own terrace with sun loungers and a table. They also have a tennis court that you can rent. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, various juices, sweet and savory items. It starts at 8am, which is ideal. The staff was very friendly and always smiling, I would especially praise their knowledge of English and willingness to help. They also have a playground for children and a children's pool. Rancho Texas is also a 5-minute drive away, which is a very popular animal and theme park for children. There is also a market in the basement of the resort, which we didn't use, and a spa where you can get a massage. I would most certainly return to this resort on my second visit!
