The former monastery has 2 large cloisters, as well as gardens with a terrace, a breakfast lounge and meeting room. For an extra cost, there is a spa offering an indoor swimming pool, Turkish baths, contrast showers and a relaxation zone. The restaurant serves traditional dishes and offers a TV with Canal Plus channels. The location was great! It was within walking distance of the sites we came to see. The staff was very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage behind the desk when we arrived 2 hours before check-in time as well as for 5 hours after check out time due to our train schedules. It was very well maintained and cleaned and the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma occupies a Renaissance building that was formerly a university. It has a luxurious spa and there is free WiFi in all rooms.

The Burgo de Osma’s spa has a huge range of treatments. Here you can enjoy the thermal circuit, hot tub, sauna or Turkish baths. They also offer massage. The old building (former university) is really spectacular, with a great covered inner patio. Our room was huge (maybe a bit dark) and the service flawless. Wonderful breakfast, and evening restaurant is also absolutely recommended. The "Baudelio" bath is quite a unique experience, a perfect copy of the San Baudelio hermitage .... (the only pity is a weird and complicated system of admission: you have to follow kind of a ritual; I would have preferred some explanation about the bath).

In summer you have free access to an outdoor pool, while during the rest of the year there is a hot tub, hydro-massage shower and Turkish bath, which are available for an extra cost. There is also a 24-hour reception desk. Hotel about 12km from Segovia in a quiet village. The hotel is beautiful in every way, welcome, small luncheon, cleanliness. Superb decoration. All for an incredibly low price

The robes and slippers were so nice. The staff were very welcoming and excellent.
