Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a continental breakfast. A Spa is available for a surcharge. Breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The resort was gorgeous. I loved how the kid's pool area was near another family-friendly pool, but if adults wanted their own pool time - they had options too.

The spa features a hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath, and it offers massages and a range of beauty treatments. There is also a gym, tennis courts and other sports courts on site.

The on-site restaurant, La Canaria, serves 7 times a week a buffet with cold, warm plates and desserts. Every evening we have a different theme night; Spanish Buffet, Italian Buffet, Tex-Mex buffet, international Buffet, Outside Barbeque. Very nice staff, very professional, very clean room, good pool, nice cocktails, good breakfast and very good grill restaurant.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

The room is very big and has a lot of design elements from lighting to mirrors to how the bath area is. The beds are very large and confortable. The staff is sooo nice and helpful. Honestly, i think they have been the nicest i ever seen (and i travel every single month). At breakfast, which is very divers and delicious - the manager announced us every single day 5 min before they close the buffet, in case we wanted to get some more food! They even had coffee to go! The dinner was also delicious and every day they tried to bring new dishes. Moreover it was my husbands b-day and he received a bottle of champagne from the hotel management, delivered directly to our room. More, the cocktails from the bar were trully a dream :) the whole stay was just perfect

All units include a seating area with a sofa. Everything was wonderful, from the location itself, the view from the room (which was spectacular) to the kindness of the personal. The room was always very clean and the breakfast exceptional, very diverse. I would definitely like to come back. 😃
