Even after we had checked out, the team continued to go the extra mile. My daughter had lost her beloved snorkeling gear, and they not only found it but also arranged to deliver it back to us. We ate breakfast poolside at the hotel restaurant overlooking the ocean or we walked a short distance to a really good restaurant in a shopping plaza down the street from the hotel/condominiums.
