Size of the room, location, staff. Great selection of different sorts of food for breakfast Highly recommend it.

The MADISON Hotel Hamburg is located in central Hamburg, just 200 metres from the St. Michaelis Church. It offers large studios, a stylish bar, and a restaurant serving international food. We had a great stay at The Madison! The room and bathroom were among the larger ones we've had in Europe, and there was nice counter space in the bathroom as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and public spaces were clean. Dinner at Marley's Restaurant was so good the first night that we ate there again the second night (Thai coconut soup, Caesar salad, chicken Singapore, and creme brulee were all delicious). The parking garage was easy to find with decent sized spaces, although some were blocked off due to the concrete breaking up (arriving between 5-6 pm on a Friday, there were multiple spaces available). The location was walkable to every place we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful building with history. The room felt spacious because of the ceiling high. The staff were all welcoming and very professional. One the staff (Tamara) heard we were celebrating 18 years as a couple, and made a small gesture as a surprise in our room. This small gesture is what’s separating excellent service from good service.

I loved the hotel itself . İt is impressive how a factory has been transformed into such a beautiful hotel. The decoration , lighting and atmosphere all beautiful. I need to confess that I was not expecting to see art gallery and very peaceful meeting room . The restaurant also very good .

Hamburg'daki Alster Gölü'nün kıyısında yer alan The Fontenay Hamburg, Jungfernstieg'in ünlü alışveriş bölgesine yürüme mesafesinde olan 5 yıldızlı bir oteldir. Room, breakfast, facilities all excellent. The bar is a "must have" were it only for the spectacular views of the Alster and the city. We treated ourselves also to a dinner in the Lakeside restaurant. Great menu, very creative and delicious dishes, and the wine pairing offered was for the most part super.

Beds were sooooo comfy, HUGE fluffy pillows was a great temperature too. Location was fab for exploring a gorgeous city
