The staff and the integration of the staff from check-in to bartender to restaurant hostess was exceptional. Everything here was the level of a much more expensive hotel in a bit city such as London. We did not eat at the restaurant, so no experience there. But the rest of our experience was 5-stars.

Everything here is perfect! The staffs were nice, the location is great, not too far away from the Dancing House. The unit was clean, spacious and so soooo comfy!!!! 100% recommend this place.

This hotel is a MUST! Top position a few steps from the center, perfect room, spotlessly clean (compliments to the cleaning staff), it has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and what we like the most is the staff. They are super helpful and lovely and extremely polite. I don't have enough good words to describe this hotel!

Staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful, room immaculate, breakfast excellent.

Located next to the Vysocanska Metro Station, Clarion Congress Hotel Prague boasts a shopping mall on site. The wellness and fitness facilities can be used free of charge during certain times of the day. Fantastic stay at Clarion Congress, and staff which are the top of their game. Will be sure to return, one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Europe.
