We were very skeptical, but the apartment turned out to be even more beautiful than in the pictures. The service charmed us, it was professional and nice. The apartment was extremely clean, wonderfully equipped. Possibility to buy drinks/alcohol on site at reasonable prices. Breakfast tasty and varied. Everything as we wished and even more. Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and hospitable staff, especially Anechka. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The menu in the restaurant is varied and everything is very tasty. The portions are huge. Breakfast is also very good, there is plenty to choose from for both adults and children.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I booked this last minute due to complications with another booking and the host accepted it immediately without issues. I traveled with my large dog which could stay in my room. The room was modern, new, had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, small but fully equipped kitchen, mini fridge and a large comfortable bed. The stay exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful newly renovated apartment to the fast Wi-Fi to TV with several channels.

Absolutely outstanding value for money. The staff spoke good English and guided me through the electronic check in. She was amazing.

The personnel was great. We went there with a dog and they for example took care of our dog when we were in wellness or on a massage. The attitude of the staff was perfect. Also the wellness was great - from the pool to outside thermal baths and massages. The food was brilliant too. We really enjoyed the stay.
