Good security and felt safe as female travellers. Front desk was excellent and so helpful. Great and I mean GREAT breakfast.

Speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area at the reception. The staff above everything else is what stood out to me. Especially the person I spoke to in the concierge lounge on the 13th floor. With that being said, the hotel is one of the nicest I’ve been to. And provide many amenities that will make your stay one to remember.

My suite on the 8th floor was stunning (wasn't expecting a jacuzzi in my room). Breakfast was very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
