We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. She said your hotel exceeded that! Accommodation, service, breakfast, all top notch. Thank you for making my daughters stay so wonderful!

This was my third time staying at this lovely hotel. Prime location, friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Best hotel in Luzern in my opinion. I would like to thank Mar Margaret at the front desk and Mamu Dahy at the villa restaurant for making our experience exceptional! I have celebrated my birthday at the hotel with my family last year and this year too, and I can't wait for my future stay at this great hotel.
