I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. とても親切なオーナーご夫婦で、お部屋もとてもかわいく快適にステイことができました。チェックインなども柔軟に対応してくれました。 インターラーケンの中心地からは少し離れたところに立地していますが、ホテルのすぐ近くにバス停があるので問題ありません。少し高台に立地しているので、ホテルからの景色が最高でした！部屋のバルコニーからもアルプスの山々を眺めることができ、朝は朝焼け、夜は満点の星空を独り占めできます。 朝食は新鮮なスイスチーズや卵、手作りリンゴジュースやクロワッサンなどが用意されており、素晴らしい景色のもとで食事をすることができます！ オーナーの飼い犬も人懐こく、とてもアットホームな雰囲気です！また是非泊まりたいです！

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. インターラーケンからはレンタカーで20分ほど湖沿いのクネクネした道を走る必要がありますが、ホテルの設備、部屋からの景色は最高でした！また、スパやプールも充実していて、観光に疲れたらホテルで一日中のんびり過ごすのも良いと思います。

We love this place so much. Yes we have to drive up but the drive there was simply beautiful. This place has an amazing view and even more amazing host. Family Wicki provided us with some groceries when we urgently needed them cos we did not realize the stores would be closed early. They were always in touch with us, asking how we were and met us personally. I would highly recommend this place!
