A wide range of beauty treatments and massages are available. Beautiful renovated hotel. Everything just to very high standards - from the front desk and door to the spa personel. Facilities just worked perfectly. Decorations beautiful and personalized. Despite being a big hotel one really felt welcome and like "home".

The hotel has a sauna, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Location great, very central and close to Rail station. Room very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Bed comfortable. Staff great for check in.

Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

At the Puressens Spa, a wide range of treatments are offered using the finest products and the latest technologies in one of the most beautiful and intimate settings. Furthermore the spa features an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, a baroque-style fitness room, massages and a beauty centre. The location was excellent with a beautiful walking path in front and a gorgeous view of the lake!! Great restaurants nearby! Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and spa. The pool was a nice bonus!
