It's not cheap, but for Geneva standards is acceptable, especially considering the quality offered. Rooms are great, bar and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face to receive us. Location is the best you can get in a Geneva. It's fancy but not too much. Above all, it's comfortable, and you feel very good here. In conclusion, if you can pay some extra money above a poor quality hotel, I would recommend you experience Bristol. It's been a while since I felt so welcome in a hotel, and I am thankful for that.

It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

The location was excellent with a beautiful walking path in front and a gorgeous view of the lake!! Great restaurants nearby! Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and spa. The pool was a nice bonus!

On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. Too much people. In the hotel they don’t have enough room to attend the number of people that they receive. A luxury hotel like this is unacceptable that you dont find seat to have breakfast
