It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.

The location was very convenient close to the station and at a tram stop. Easy walk to the lake and surrounded by a variety of good restaurants and pubs. Comfortable room and bed. Little noise from other doors as can usually be a problem in hotels.
