Great apartment with beautiful furniture and nicely decorated, this really has a personality and charm. Balcony gets sun all afternoon for some time to enjoy the sun. The spa area is fantastic, too, ideal after a day of skiing. Laax lift station is a short 10min walk and the restaurant in the hotel downstairs is highly recommended, too. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was great - perfect location for the ski lift and the shops. Great communication from the host and easy to collect keys. Boot room was great - heated warmers for boots, gloves and helmets. The apartment itself was warm and comfortable and well appointed. Will come back again!

But the host was extremely responsive and solved the situation within an hour. She also refunded us part of the cleaning fee for our trouble. Over all, it was very positive. Mistakes can happen. The host took responsibility and fixed everything. We would come back again.
