A small wellness area and a sunbathing lawn with direct lake access are at your disposal as well. Great hotel with an amazing view to the lake and Lucern. Very friendly and profesional staff!! Tasty food at the restaurant and closed attention to details. The breakfast had anything you want, a lot of variety. Deff recommend Hermitage, high class hotel !

Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Fantastic property! Beautiful architecture, surrounding views across lake and mountains make this place a great retreat, yet it is very well connected to Luzern. Cuisine is exceptional and staff are wonderful. Will be returning to experience spring as well, great all year location!

I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel—everything was absolutely spotless. The location is beautiful , and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you might need. Additionally, they offered a delicious wine for purchase, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The place was perfect, and it couldn’t have been done better!

The pool area is fitted with padded daybeds. Amazing stuff and very friendly, the hotel is amazing also and very luxury, its designed by Japanese designer, very nice hotel for relaxing. And last thing the house keeping is really nice and they work as a team they clean every thing in less than half hour !

This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. Swimming in the lake during a hot summer day was also very nice. Thank you again for having me.
