My family like it very much and especially the host came to visit us as to make sure everything is okay.

Located in Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland, the non-smoking Hotel Artos enjoys a central location with panoramic views of the Jungfrau Region. It features a garden with a terrace and a children’s playground, a rich culinary selection, a cafeteria, a library, a playroom and a spacious spa area.

Spa facilities include a hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and infrared cabin by Physiotherm. They can be used free of charge. We stayed here for five nights, and our stay at Hotel Artos was wonderful. The hotel itself is lovely, quiet, and very modern. It looks nothing like a hospital, as some negative reviews claimed, and it feels like a place to relax and enjoy. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was varied and healthy. The location is excellent, just a short walk to both Interlaken Ost and the town center (which isn’t particularly nice, so we appreciated staying in a quiet area away from it). Next time we visit Switzerland, we will definitely return.

The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.
