We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Loved all the kitchen facilities and the apartment was at a really nice location with nice views from the outside and it also had supermarkets nearby like coop and Lidl and the person in charge also took the time to explain to us all the facilities and how to use like the dish washer, dryer, washing machine and she even suggested places we can visit during our stay at interlaken:)

Lovely house . Beautiful view of the Jungfraujoch from the balcony. All the facilities were excellent. Owners were so kind and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and nice. we booked a mountain view room and the views were superb. Having a balcony is very enjoyable for sunrise and sunset.

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. Place was awesome, loved the Spa, being naked in the SPA though was a bit of a barrier, in general we really liked it.
