We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Loved all the kitchen facilities and the apartment was at a really nice location with nice views from the outside and it also had supermarkets nearby like coop and Lidl and the person in charge also took the time to explain to us all the facilities and how to use like the dish washer, dryer, washing machine and she even suggested places we can visit during our stay at interlaken:)

I had an incredible 5-day stay at the Beau-Rivage, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Location was so wonderful. it was close to interlaken ost only 10min away by bus. there were so tasty and delicious breakfast every morning. people are so kind and supportive and we were so grateful for them. Definitely we will miss them and this place and will come back again!!!!

Every detail of our stay at this place was incredible! Very kind and helpful people at the reception as well as everywhere else at the hotel (restaurant, spa,..). Breakfast was just amazing and spa facilities were great too. The views - spectacular! Was very hard leaving this place and we will definetely return when in Grindelwald!
