Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Be proud.

Unfortunately the only minus point was the non inclusion of breakfast, considering we were paying a substantial amount per night, breakfast was not included.

Excellent location, directly across from Union Station. I stayed for 6 nights. On the second night, there was noise from a party in the next room. Security intervened quickly but with limited effectiveness. The next morning, the front desk staff moved me to a quieter upgraded room without me even requesting it. This exceeded my expectations.

beautiful suite with a view down to the lake; very helpful staff who went the extra mile (brought a couple of nice teddies to the room for the girls), nice cultural touches like the sabrage at 6pm, excellent location for going to Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre and also shopping at the Eaton centre.
