We were upgraded to a lake view room and it did not disappoint, beautiful panoramic views and lots of space - beautiful. All staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Grateful there were all the basics and more were there for use, like toiletries etc which meant we didn't have to purchase shampoo etc for our stay. Host was very communicative and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was excellent; located not in the strict centrum but with a magnificent mountain view. Very clean, nicely furnished (TV in each room, with a good choice of programs plus WiFi, fireplaces, fluffy white carpets adored by our daughter), with a very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Since the first minutes there we felt like at home. The owner was very responsive, she answered quickly each question we had. Very handy underground parking with a direct lift. Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit the pool and the SPA. We hope to do it next time!
