Jaguar Reef Lodge & Spa is located right on Belize’s beautiful coral reef in Hopkins. It offers quick beach access, plus 2 outdoor swimming pools and an on-site restaurant. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Hotel and grounds were meticulously clean. The food at the restaurant was wonderful (particularly the breakfasts!). Great location in near a very cute town with extremely friendly local residents and near a dive shop. Loved the over-the-water ceviche restaurant!

Best hotel in Belize! Wonderful brand new property, luxurious in every single detail and perfectly located on a pristine beach. We stayed at one of their ocean front villas and it was heavenly! Huge bedroom and huge bathroom, beautiful balcony with view of the ocean, private pool on the beach right in front of the sea. Kayak, paddle boards and bikes at our disposal. Lush! Decor is impeccable and mattress and pillow super comfortable. Staff and service are what you’d expect from a 5 stars hotel and more! They also rent golf buggies and can help you book any kind of tour. Restaurant is also upscale with a fantastic view of the ocean and food is delicious. We are so happy to have found this gem. We would only come here when back in Belize 🩷

Our beachfront villa with a private pool, the warm hospitality, world class wellness spa, and delicious cuisine created a restorative experience we’ll always remember. Peaceful property, gave the impression of being in a jungle. Beautiful pool! The owner Olivia was so welcoming and caring, she really makes you feel at home. We also tried Olivia’s Italian cooking on two nights, which was delicious. We organised two trips via the lodge - a day trip to Monkey River and a night trip to Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary - both of which were excellent. Cabin well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender and a little outdoor kitchen. The property is a few kilometres out of Placencia itself but walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, there is a resort next door with a restaurant/bar and a nice gym.

The breakfast was made to order every morning and very tasty. We had two early morning excursions and they brought breakfast to our room early before we left.

It is a great little hotel at the central spot in Placencia. Easy access to the Cayes, with many scuba and snorkeling trips available in the town. The barrier reef is beyond belief if you do scuba.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Naïa Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Placencia Village. Amazing facilities. Exceptional staff. Great food. Great shuttle service. I would live there if I could! Loved the extra towels that were always provided!

Very comfortable beds, the location is gorgeous, and they even rake the surrounding beach so it's safe and comfortable to walk on.

This incredible resort offers guests on-site dive facilities and kayaks to explore the area.... This place really exceeded expectations. The location was fantastic. Food was excellent. The best thing was the staff. They were absolutely the best. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I encountered.
