This 5 star superior hotel is located in a unique 15th-century former ducal palace in Bruges and only 280 metres from the Markt. This hotel feels like from a fairy tale and I felt I was a princess for a few nights. Definitively I feel only in Bruges you can get to experience this. It felt historical, well kept, good treatment from the staff. I stayed like in an "annex rooms", which I preferred honestly more than the "main building" since they seemed very new and modern and didn't clashed with the castle vibes. The room was huge, had everything you need, very well kept an clean. The bed was amazing, you just wanted to stay sleeping. The breakfast was superb also. It is located very near to the main square and has lots of restaurants nearby. Also very near the train station, 5-10 minute ride.

They have a very kind lady serving on breakfast. I liked a cheese , she wrote names and also show me. And the last i have no time to buy anywhere, she asked her manager and cut it a piece and make me a pack. What a wonderful service. Thanks a lot again.

The room was well furnished, nicely equipped and quite charming. The toiletries were nice and the coffee pods and machines were a welcome treat. Also liked the complimentary bottles of water. All this in a quiet location close to one of the canals.

The facilities are excellent. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! We had so many lovely things to eat, and Ellen gave a little explanation about the delicious treats that were served up. Absolutely recommend this place if you want to recharge the batteries for a few days.
