I truly appreciated the outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

The rooms are spacious, and the balcony we had on the top floor was great. Every single personnel member is welcoming and friendly, in particular we interacted frequently with Nuriya, Teymur, Orkhan, and Elvin, and all of them provided wonderful service. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. All of the little issues that arised were solved promptly and without any fuss. This hotel is marvelous and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast was excellent! A huge variety of sweet and savory delicacies, plus an option to get a fresh omelette. I loved the salad and fruit selection as well as the Azeri national food and desserts. Very clean rooms and comfy beds! Very helpful and polite staff! Great pool with warm water! Room service was great! The walk to the metro station Nizami takes 15 min and lies in a very peculiar part of the city - Kubinka - but we never felt unsafe to walk there. There is a nice restaurant 1 min walk from the hotel too with live music and great ambiance! Best to be prepared and have cash on hand if the credit card terminal doesn't work.

Mina hanım even arranged a massage therapist for us at the last minute, which was an incredible surprise and exactly what we needed before our big day. They prepared everything for us at the spa, and on our wedding day they surprised us with a beautiful gesture – a platter of fresh fruits and plenty of water delivered to our room. Every aspect of the hotel was spotless and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no noise at all, and the service was simply 10 out of 10. Even after our checkout, the hotel generously allowed us to spend a few extra hours enjoying the pool. The location is also fantastic – close to the beach and just a short distance from the restaurant where we celebrated our wedding. My husband is Spanish, and even he was amazed by the level of care and service we received. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, comfort, and location makes this hotel a true gem in Baku. We were so impressed that we promised ourselves to return every year for our wedding anniversary and spend a few days here again. There is simply no other place that matches this quality at such a reasonable price.
