The service quality was excellent.

It still has the grandeur of the famous hotels of the past and the service is beyond 5 stars... And I must not forget to recommend the concierge brothers Johnny and Shedy for a promotion and a raise... :)

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast is available at the property. At House of Ble you will find a restaurant serving Mediterranean, Portuguese and Spanish cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. A real jewel in the Museum Quarter, in which I have had hands down the best sleep of my adult life. The rooms are so quiet, even despite the great location. There are shops, means of transportation, museums, bars, and really great restaurants, and food bars. The hotel hosts the Salt&Honey Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, which is an absolute delight - they have the best pancakes in the world, and so are their home-made gnocchi nit fleisch, and their breakfast dishes. And the staff is absolutely lovely, smiling, caring, and helpful. Both the reception and the restaurant staff will go out of their way to assist and make you smile and they are also very good at what they do, as they recommended my new favourite red wine and a couple of fantastic places around the city. Will come back every time I am in Vienna! I was travelling alone, I felt sick and needed help and from reception they did not hesitate to help by going to a store for me, and letting me rest before my next flight. I loved Vienna and the hotel so much, that I prolonged my stay with 3 days. This is really the place to be if you like feeling taken care of and pampered.
