Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️

Tradiční Hotel Kaiserhof Wien se nachází v poklidné boční ulici pulzujícího 4. Everything was great, but I want to single out and mention the gentleman who works the lounge or bar. Nice, extremely competent and seems to be only interested in making your stay better.

House of Ble se nachází v centru města Vídeň a nabízí fitness centrum, terasu a bar. Muzeum Leopoldových je 300 metrů daleko. A real jewel in the Museum Quarter, in which I have had hands down the best sleep of my adult life. The rooms are so quiet, even despite the great location. There are shops, means of transportation, museums, bars, and really great restaurants, and food bars. The hotel hosts the Salt&Honey Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, which is an absolute delight - they have the best pancakes in the world, and so are their home-made gnocchi nit fleisch, and their breakfast dishes. And the staff is absolutely lovely, smiling, caring, and helpful. Both the reception and the restaurant staff will go out of their way to assist and make you smile and they are also very good at what they do, as they recommended my new favourite red wine and a couple of fantastic places around the city. Will come back every time I am in Vienna! I was travelling alone, I felt sick and needed help and from reception they did not hesitate to help by going to a store for me, and letting me rest before my next flight. I loved Vienna and the hotel so much, that I prolonged my stay with 3 days. This is really the place to be if you like feeling taken care of and pampered. What I loved about it: - very quiet, comfortable beds - clean - rooms with a terrace - rooms with a bathtub - fitness on the roof (open air) - great restaurant downstairs - Mediterranean - roomservice - fantastic location - Museum Quarter - very friendly, helpful and cute staff - both reception and restaurant

Starting from the music from the entrance lobby and all the way through to the reception, the architecture and interior design is impeccable. The room is spacious, with mesmerizing details. The drinks and snacks bar left the biggest impression, but overall the room and bathroom are incredible. Room service polite and professional, and it streches onto the rest of the services provided. Absolute enjoyment. 10/10

Park Hyatt Vienna stojí ve Zlaté čtvrti v centru Vídně, v budově bývalé banky z počátku 20. století a snoubí se v něm luxus s vídeňskou elegancí. Facilities, service, location was perfect and excellent staff, specially Annia and the concierge team.
