SwedenOur stay at the Kaiserhof was a very positive experience. The hotel was of a high standard with clean, comfortable rooms and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, close to both the cable car and the city centre. The breakfast served each morning had a wide selection and was of high quality. We particularly appreciated the spa area, quiet and pleasant with several different saunas. Would definitely recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travellers, and look forward to returning the next time we are in Kitzbuhel.

The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

The staff were wonderful, especially Elena who made our stay very special. She was very patient and helpful with all of our requests. She even arranged a table for our dinner on the lovely terrace in front of the hotel so that we could eat outside on a beautiful evening.
The room was very large, clean and comfortable with a roomy balcony.
The breakfast and dinner were superb!
My wife loved the wellness center - sauna, steam room and relaxation area.

A fantastic hotel with stunning mountain views from the double bed room. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The wellness services, including sauna and swimming pool, were top-notch. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The two bedroom apartment was very modern, clean, well equipped with great location near the town center. The hotel was only 5 minutes walk away from the suites and provided really great breakfast with wide variety of food. We also enjoyed the wellness which was clean with all kind of saunas as well as a pool, so everybody could find what he likes best. Related the hotel staff, we can only speak in superlatives as everybody was very friendly, polite and always helpful. Thanks for the relaxing stay at your hotel 👍

It has the best breakfast selection I’ve seen and I’m a seasoned traveller! The evening meal was also excellent with so much to select and great service. Love the general vibe of the place- relaxed yet set up for activity and wellness. Great pools, sauna and facilities. We’ll be back!

Great location, superb breakfast, correct staff, spacious rooms, great large welness area with multiple saunas, jacuzzi , steam bath, showers, solarium, relax area etc. Great valie for money. Only small downside is the bed/mattress, a bit too old/outdated for my liking. But overall a fantastic stay.

Everything was amazing and much better than we expected. Room was great, modern and spacious, beds and sofabed very comfortable. Spa area with sauna was really nice to relax after skiing. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly made every morning with lots of things to choose from.
But the best thing about this place are the couple that run it - they are so nice and kind, they helped out with everything we asked, gave us some nice recommendations and really made our week there a great holiday!

Great location just few steps from the village. The staff is very helpful, breakfast great BUT the real icing on the cake was the wellness department. Can you imagine how great it is to have sauna after hours of skiing. Very. Not to mention the massage…

It was fairly close to the Penkenbahn lift, lots of space to store your skiing equipment, rooms were clean and cozy, lovely view from the balcony, the bathroom was incredibly spacious, the sauna was relaxing and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
