The spa facilities include an all-year outdoor pool with countercurrent system, a panoramic acacia sauna and deluxe sanarium (both with coloured lighting), an ice fountain, and a relaxation lounge with water beds. A solarium is available for a surcharge. Hotel location was spectacular, 5 min walk to the Kaprun’s center. The penthouse apartment is by far better than any other place I’ve stayed at in Kaprun. Apartment is spacious with a magnificent panorama view in the living room. Toilets and rooms were clean. Room service provided was excellent. Kitchen equipment was provided too.Most importantly, breakfast suitable for visitors of all ages. I definitely enjoyed my stay there, would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful hotel, plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, very good restaurant and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We stay there for a week with two babies and the staff was very generous, thoughtful and accepting. My wife tried the spa, full-body massage, and said it was great also. There is a free parking near the entrance and we found a place to park everyday.

A fitness room with high tech equipment and guided fitness and relaxation programs are offered to guests. Very nice hotel in beautiful alpine city. Nice, clean and comfortable room with lot of space, big balcony and comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast with lot of variety, delicious dinners. We also enjoyed the wellness and pool inside. It was possible to store our bicycles in bike (skiing) room. Staff was very nice and helpful. A lot of bike roads, lifts and hiking possibilities around. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel during our holiday and we would like to come back.

Entire spa-area can be used on arrival day as of 15:00, departure day till 14:00 free of charge Everything was absolutely wonderful from the reception to the checkout. The room and the view were breathtaking, and the hotel’s location is right in the heart of nature. The restaurant was incredibly delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing — everything was homemade. The hotel’s restaurant deserves a 10/10. I highly recommend it for relaxation and rejuvenation. I’m so happy I stayed here:)

A rich breakfast buffet with many regional products is served in the morning. In summer, guests can have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the views of the Untersberg Mountain. Everything was perfect and even beyond expectation! very pleasant english speaking host /staff, spacious comfortable rooms wit big sunny terrace, exceptional inclusive leisure facilities for this size of hotel (spa, indoor and outdoor pool, private small beach on nearby lake, fitness room), amazing breakfast with excellent choice and amazing home made apfel/cheese strudel and sachertorte. location is just 10mins with car to Salzburg with big parking available. Perfect venue for a getaway weekend - definitely worth the value and highly recommended!
