The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly. What really struck me about the staff is how much they actually care about your experience, always asking “can I help you with x” or “we can do y if that’s better for you” etc without skipping a beat!

Mosaic was from start to finish a magical place. The room, food and everything else was top notch.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this French Provençal-styled boutique hotel. We had two rooms, both of which were extremely comfortable. The beds and bed linen were superb and the staff very pleasant and professional. There was coffee and tea in the room as well as a snack, plus a minibar and luxury toiletries. The breakfast was delicious. We can highly recommend.

Our stay at The Marine Hermanus was truly exceptional. The hotel is elegant and beautifully located, offering stunning ocean views – we were even lucky enough to watch whales right from our room, which made the experience unforgettable. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and excellent presentation, while the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, everything was simply outstanding – from the breathtaking views and whale watching to the fine dining and world-class service. The prep work done to accommodate ones fears and anxieties of the unknown expectations is phenomenal. You get all the necessary info upfront from WiFi password to lockbox code. Attentive to further assistance is displayed in a friendly and welcoming tone which is much appreciated. The kitchen was a full of bits and pieces to accommodate a huge variety of morning beverage needs. What a pleasure to stay there.
