Switzerlandthe spa was definitely after a fogy day the right relaxing for us to calm down and regenerate. the personal was very friendly and looked all the time for a good service. there's a nice rooftop bar in addition. the location is also central. the room was very clean and the breakfast delicious the best thing for us were the beds, so smooth and confortable,we slept like babies.

The hotel arranged a motorbike tour with two local guides, which I highly recommend!! Also appreciated that the staff let us take a shower when we arrived early after taking the night train!

MoroccoWe had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. The room with a mountain view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such a view was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious and very varied, with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to Julie, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Highly recommended!
