The young owner of the property speaks a good English, he's very kind and helpful, he even picked us up at the bus stop. Clean room equipped with every comfort, beautiful garden with fantastic swimming pool with spectacular views. Delicious food available. The owner takes care of everything, from bike and scooter rental, laundry, money exchange, booking excursions and trips to other cities, all available in the homestay. Great price with even a delicious breakfast included. Central location. We recommend 100%. Thank you very much! Phong Nha is uncontaminated with a lovely nature and enchanting colours. It remained in our hearts.

This place is a real gem. Besides very friendly owner and staff and amazing facilities, we appreciated the wide range of activities offered from tours to rentals. We even experienced our first-ever motorbike ride here. The overall level of support and services truly goes above and beyond. What made things even better was the location on a quiet back country road in the middle of rice fields, away from the rather touristy main town.

Excellent, spacious room, as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately, there is no picture of the view from the balcony, facing the mountains: magnificent. There is an elevator. Almost everything essential: the departure point for the boats to the Phong Nha cave (you don't need an organized tour here, you buy the ticket and that's it, they will take you there), shops and two excellent restaurants, just opposite: in Bamboo they serve both Western and Vietnamese food, these are a little it's being modified, but it's excellent, on the other hand, I recommend trying the beef Pho (soup) made in the local style at the local restaurant to the left of it. Its seasoning is special. The only problem with Phong Nha is if you come to Dong Hoi by train or bus: the taxi drivers are real mountain robbers. Try to choose a bus that takes you directly to Phong Nha.

staff were excellent....facilities were excellent. I also liked that we could run a tab for the entirety of our stay....literally paid for everything only at the end of our stay, even the accommodation fees.

We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.

Breakfast was excellent, eggs were fresh and tasty. Dat is a great host and provided us with everything we needed. The location is perfect and very close to good restaurants and bars around the neighborhood. I would definitely come back again to stay there.
