The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The staff is great and the room is very comfortable. They also offer a variety of other services (taxi, trips, spa, dinner, etc). We had a lovely time there. Highly recommended!

The meals were very delicious. The accommodation is very close to where you can catch the basket boat. Ask the ENSO Retreat Hoi An to book the basket boat on your behalf, and the operator will pick you up and drop off by motorcycle, which is very convenient. Remember to bring a swimsuit, there is a beautiful swimming pool in front of the room. The service staff at the resort are very friendly and can communicate in fluent English. Some service staff even tried to communicate with us in Chinese and provided us with perfect service. Everything is great.Even though I have left , I still miss the good service of s ENSO Retreat Hoi An .

Exceptional customer service, very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean & room & bed very comfortable. Swimming pool was open at 6.30am and very good for lane swimming. Gym also open at 6.30am and well equipped. Walking distance to old town & river. Would absolutely recommend

The hotel was classy and elegant with a touch of exotic architecture. It was spread out over beautiful, spacious gardens with several buildings, making it a really unique experience. There was a huge pool, and it was nice being so close to the city center. Bikes were free to rent, which was a great perk. The staff was super friendly, which seemed to be a common and lovely thing in Vietnam. With an excellent breakfast every morning, it was probably one of the best hotel experiences I had in Vietnam.

The staff were exceptional, especially Katie at the front desk, who took the trouble to welcome us by name and give us a detailed briefing of activities and attractions in the area. Everything from airport pick-up to check in, to drop off was seamless. Breakfast every morning was good.
