Great hostel to meet people! Facilities are great, there is a lot to do (can recommend escape room and massage) and the hostel is clean. Location is great and free cycle rental makes it even easier to get around. They have everything from rooftop and amazing breakfast to pool.

It is rare that the photos and description do not exaggerate a property to encourage you to book it. This place does the opposite as th photos and descriptions do not do it justice. This is a perfect hotel. It has everything that is described but it is of higher quality and more beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous, unbelievably comfortable bedding, lots of hot water, fabulous bathtub. I changed from a pool view as I prefer to wake to weather and I was thrilled with my balcony views. The staff are so so amazing. Beyond charming is a genuine way. Breakfast is really great, especially for us with gluten and other issues, always lots of excellent food. I cannot praise this hotel any higher. If they made one mistake it is that beside the bed draws rather than tables would be better, but, I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Hoi An

SON HOI ANN BOUTIQUE Hotel Hoi An has Big spacious room. Clean bed n bed sheets. Bright and beautiful local views from my windows. Friendly staff fr reception, to cafe and porters. Like the free use of good quality, clean bicycles. I cycled all over town. The breakfast spread was good and has an excellent choice of local food. Son hotel ocation was excellent. Can walk to old town and major shopping areas. The river oso nearby and pleasant place for evening walks..more importantly you will feel safe walking in Hoi An. Defintely a must visit again place and rank above bali. Must mention th several coffee cafes amidst paid fields, besides river and in the water lillies pond. Having coffee in such natural surroundings is magical. Room rates of Son Hoi An Boutique was unbelievably good and surely beats hitels in many other destinations in South East Adia. Suggest fly into Danang and immediately go to Hoi An...hotel and food much cheaper than in Danang.. Communication in cafes, restaurants, shops and passerbys not an.issue as most can speak abit of english. So come to Hoi Ann Vietnam for your next hol. You will not regret it.

Totally the best staff ever, all of them very caring and happy. Kind. Wonderful pool area, beautiful gardens. Big spacious room with balcony facing swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Great area, outside busy town centre, but easy to cycle, or motorbike or taxi. Or long stroll by river to busy nightlife. Love to stay here again longer than week next time.

We stayed for 3 nights, as much as we enjoyed the city of Hoi An we enjoyed the stay in the hotel, it's very new, everything works as it should be, rooms are fully equipped with TV, AC and all necessary furniture. Bathroom is very modern, clean as well as the whole room and the hotel in general is super clean. The staff is amazing, helped us booking trips, giving recommendations, they speak very well English. We also used the pool at the hotel, had dinner, used laundry service and massages, everything was excellent. Breakfast was so far the best we had in any hotel in Vietnam, a lot of options and everything was very delicious. Would definitely recommend coming here and staying several nights, it's a 11/10 experience. Maybe the only downside is that it is 30 minutes walk from the city center, but we didn't mind it as we like to walk after having food, explore local streets and you can also for free rent bikes from the hotel which makes it 10 minutes bike ride to the city center.
