Our favourite stay of our Vietnam trip. From the moment we arrived, we were met with the warmest of welcomes. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I think it might be my favourite place I’ve ever stayed! The staff truly make this hotel the special place that it is. When I arrived I fell sick that night, I think from motion sickness and as soon as we asked where the nearest pharmacy was they escorted my husband there and brought ginger tea a rice soup to the room. Even the next morning they made me a special breakfast and checked in with us. The place is spotless and felt like a paradise. We were only there 2 nights but could easily stay for a week +. It’s located about 10/15 minute drive from the centre but they put on shuttle buses that we made the use of. We also had massages at the hotel which were excellent (I’m a massage therapist). We were transferring to another hotel near the beach for 1 night and they even took us there. We wished we’d stayed the extra night here!

Great value for money. You get free beer for an hour, free breakfast and free bike rentals. Beds were decently comfortable and the rooms were clean. Social atmosphere with fun games to bring people together.

The wonderful team at La Charm made our stay so great. Everyone we met went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, making some excellent recommendations for things to do. The beds are comfy. The breakfast selection is wide and continually replenished. The location is really convenient. A most memorable stay & a huge thanks to all who made it so.

We liked everything, room was spacious with a nice balkony, nice bath tub, everything was clean and we sleeped really well.. I must say breakfast is delicious and rich, you can choose from variety of dishes. And staff very helpful and with a big smile every day. We stayed for 5 nights and had a really good time. Also we liked that hotel is in quite area away from all the noisy streets but with motorcycle you are in the center in less than 10 minutes, also on the beach it's 10minutes drive..

This hotel is a truly relaxing place to spend time in Hoi An - a delightful mix of traditional Vietnam and modern hospitality in an old part of town on the island riverfront.
