Super sweet staff that helped me with everything. They gave me a free room upgrade. Gave great recommendations for local restaurants/cafes. Location was very central, right in the old quarter, but I didn’t hear anything from the busy area in my room. Room looked very nice and clean. Would come back here for sure

I stayed 1 night in the hotel after needing to change last minute from another poor choice. It was perfect - the room was big, cozy and warm, spotlessly clean. It was a relaxing rest from the busy Hanoi. So cozy that it was hard to leave :) Staff was lovely and helped me accommodate despite very late arrival. They were also very helpful in letting me keep luggage the next day before my train. Also, there were lots of complimentary snacks and the lovely gift of Vietnamese coffee! I’d recommend to anyone looking for a space to sleep and relax with full comfort while visiting Hanoi!
