I loved staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The room is spacious and clean. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a lot of variety and fresh omelets and many other things every day. The location of this hotel is also great. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights before our flight back home. It was a good stay for our last days in Vietnam. Comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of Hanoi. The staff was very helpful and friendly. At check out they arranged a taxi for us to the airport at a very good price.

Great location. Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.
