The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. I ended up booking 7 days instead of the initial 3!

It was a quaint little boutique hôtel tucked in the busy street of Haon Kiem. Everything around the property was at walking distance and super convenient. The hôtel staff were extremely kind and helpful - providing us with a smooth early check-in. Henry at the front desk helped us with some recommandations for places to try and check out. All in all though we stayed for just one night - they even helped us arrange transport for our cruise and the opportunity to keep our bags while we waited to board our next flight. Manager Dinh Lee was extremely kind and helpful and was always available for any help or information

We have a wonderful holiday at Hanoi especially staying with Salute Premium Hotel. The service staff there were simply awesome. Luna, Sue and their team made us feel special and at home. They take care us like family members. Luna speaks excellent English too, kudos to you 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Breakfast is excellent as they will have some different dishes daily. We enjoyed the spread between local delight, bread and some drinks that chill in the chiller. The young man that serve at breakfast place is very friendly and always ask what we need with a smile. The breakfast place is not big in term of space, however just love their design which make it so cosy and comfortable. Aircondition in the room is excellent and bed come with super comfy comforter. We had a good rest and all needs is well taken care off in term of ameties. In conclusion, we are fufill and satisfied and it doesn't cost you a bomb to enjoy the stay at Premium Salute Hotel. We highly recommend to experience your stay with them 😉

Hotel is located next to the lake and in the middle of life in the city. But very quiet area and very quiet rooms. The breakfast area has a wonderfull view and good choice of food and fruits. Very kind staff and truly quality stay. We could even leave lagguage in hotel for few days to travel light for few days tour. Very helpfull and very kind. Clean, quiet, good bed and nice room.
