My room and the facilities were very nice, the hotel is beautiful. I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.

Amazing location in the old quarter. Walking distance to everything. Room and facilities were great. Staff were very friendly with lots of recommendations on where to go in the area.

- Everything about our stay was amazing, but the service was definitely exceptional. All the staff really went the extra mile and are extremely attentive and warm. In terms of service, it was probably one of the best hotels I've been to ever. - Breakfast was delicious, tonnes of choice. I'm vegetarian so they even have an alternative menu for vegetarians to order vegetarian versions of dishes available in the buffet. I also appreciate the way they clearly marked which dishes were vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free etc. - Location is fantastic. Very walkable.

We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.
