Didn't know that the hotel just open about a month ago when we checked it. Although the hotel is still new, the staff and level of service they provide seems like they have been doing it for a long time. Incredible experience!

The Staff from the manager Dinh Lee to everyone we came across was so lovely and keen on helping. The location is great, super central and close to the main attractions either walking or by taxi. Room and bed was comfy and had quite few storage space. Generally, we loved our stay!

The Grand du LAC hotel is one of the best places that we have stayed at. It’s very centrally located with shops, restaurants and Spas all around and very close to the St. Joseph Cathedral & the famous Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast spread is very impressive. There is lots of options to choose from including continental and Vietnamese cuisines. Last but not the least the service was the plum on the pudding. Check in and check out were both very simple. All of the staff there made us feel at home. They regularly interacted with us to check if we were comfortable and if there was anything more, they could do. The rooftop bar has not opened yet but what an awesome view you can get in the Hanoi Old Quarter. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay at Hanoi.
