Beautiful view from the balcony, hot water with good water pressure in the bathroom, 2 double beds, free breakfast, water refills, motorbike available on site for rent, swimming pool, ping pong table, and billards table available. Fantastic stay, cheaper and bigger rooms than in town, only 7 minutes drive drom downtown. Would definately stay again.

First of all, we loved the staff! We have been helped scheduling a round, finding a motorbike, washing quickly our clothes...always smiling and with a lot of care. Plus, the room was spacious and comfy, the breakfast abundant and everything was super cleaned.

A beautiful, clean hotel with professional service. The 15th floor offers a spectacular bay view. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the pho was amazing! The one-day Lan Ha Bay tour, including the bioluminescent plankton experience and a visit to Viet Hai Village, made the trip truly meaningful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My scooter was mistakenly took by another person (they got the scooter back) the staff even came and picked me up when I was stranded on the other side of the island
