Check-in was easy, location was near to many shops, restaurants and points of interest. The bed was very comfortable! The view of the river was very nice even though the first few hours there was a lightning storm. The hotel was overall comfortable but outside it was scorching hot. The ladies at the reception desk and housekeepers were nice.

Right when we checked in, they brought our daughters a cute stuffed alligator! Everyone working there was super helpful and had a smile on their face. We wanted to check out some shops near the resort so we we’re given a ride to and back from the hotel in a little trolley. We will be returning!

Staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and had a charming old world feel. The location was excellent, and in the heart of the historic district. Would definitely stay here again.
