Beautiful hotel. Awesome location with great views. Hotel staff was amazing and super helpful, especially Jenny in Housekeeping. When I lost my ID, and called when already out of the area, Jenny was on it and got back to me immediately. My ID was found and returned within a couple days. Fantastic location adjacent to the beach, a nice stroll 1 mile) to the small centre of Carmel. The property also offers to drive you there and back if you prefer. Room was spacious and modern, the outside breakfast was delightful, staff couldn’t have been more attentive and pleasant. Great location for the 17-mile drive. A true gem on our West Coast road trip
