Location is very nice. You can take pictures with hot air balloon background at the rooftop. Breakfast is very rich and luxury. Really worth the money!! We stay here for 3 nights.

Hotel was good in interested stile, room cleaned every day. Breakfast reach. Staff very professional. We booked balloons with them ( with good price) and massage and hammam. We had some problem with sauna but they managed it. We are very happy with the employee Forgad.

The property was beautiful, like a museum! Stunning pottery showcased throughout, lovely decor and lay out. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. It was hot (40 degrees some days!) so we loved jumping into the pool! The spa is lovely, I went swimming in the indoor pool every day, a real luxury. Breakfast was really nice and they mixed up the hot food each day. Coffee did the job but prefer Turkish coffee as places in Göreme don’t do non-dairy milk. We didn’t get to eat at Ala restaurant at the hotel but they have live music on weekends so wish we had been able to! Wine tap was fun! Two great viewing terraces to spot the hot air balloons! Even though it was hot, the cave room was cool enough for us with the fan. I was worried because of the lack of AC but I didn’t feel we needed it. Really enjoyed our stay here.

I had a truly magical stay at the Panoramic Cave Hotel. The location is simply unbeatable — perched on the hill with a breathtaking view over Göreme and the surrounding valleys. Watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise right from the terrace was unforgettable. The cave room was cozy, authentic, and beautifully decorated, giving you the full Cappadocia experience without compromising on comfort. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — they went out of their way to help me with tours, photographer, restaurant recommendations, airport transfers and even transfer to Antalya for very reasonable price. Breakfast was rich and varied, served on the terrace with stunning views. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the unique charm of Cappadocia in a peaceful, welcoming, and picturesque setting.

I recommend the hotel, we will stay next time and invite friends. The room was cozy, with all the necessary amenities, things and details in it! A delicious breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful panorama will remain in our memory for a long time. Very hospitable family and hotel staff. We even felt a special attitude. For example, we needed to cook meat for our dog - please, no problem, help with excursions, taxis, transfers - that's for sure. Choose this hotel without thinking!

This was my 2nd visit to Goreme and this time I took my family. We booked 1 x double, 1 x triple & 1 x quad room. They were all fabulous, comfortable rooms and the quad room (on the ground floor) was very large. The staff were incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. They arranged our quad bike excursion, balloon flights & tour guide - all excellent The breakfast was the best that we had during our Europe trip - it was a delicious feast The rooftop was a great place to watch the balloons
