We had 2 beachfront villas and it was amazing to wake up right on the beach. This is also a particularly nice stretch of beach as well, very clean. The staff did a good job keeping the place clean and tidy, especially since it’s easy for sand to get everywhere. The food in the restaurant was also really good at every mealtime.

Location amazing Right on the beach The beach is quite with free kayak, you can find there all you need like kids playground, massage, drinks and restaurants The staff-although not speaking English most of them super friendly. The resort manager Kata went above and beyond for us . The vila is great, well maintained and the views are un beatable

We loved the facilities, the infinity pool and closeby Spa building as Wellas the gym. The staff was exceptional and very sweet to our little one. We also loved the Green design and how the designers and architects of The Chill were able create a calm and rejuvenating oasis in which we always felt tranquility and positive energy. Also the activities offered by the resort were nice and gave a personal touch to our already overall very positive experience. On the last evening we were able to celebrate Loy Krathong and sent off little floats made out of ice to the sea…

We had a lovely stay at Koh Chang Paradise. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The pool was beautiful and looked out over the beach, it was particularly lovely at sunset. The beach was was great, very quiet and safe. The added bonus of access to the water park across the street was so much fun! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Paradice beachfront villa and it was absolutely perfect in terms of location. On a quiet, good beach, only the beach villas have their own sun loungers on the beach, so an almost private beach in an otherwise busy area. It was nice to lie down in the villa's terrace lounge area for days and sometimes take a dip in the sea. The villa was new and modern, clean. The beach location was the thing here, you didn't have to queue for sun loungers at the hotel pools.

This is our second visit to The Chill and our first visit during the green (low) season. We felt like we were on a private island. Everything was superb: the restaurant, the spa (thank you for al the massages and the products) , the staff - who continue their amazing service even though the resort is quiet - and it was wonderful to return to our happy place and break from reality. We will be back again. Thank you The Chill

We like it everything! Great location, the room is spacious, cleaning every day, towels also for the pool or to take to the beach, a nice terace, the personal is very friendly. The restaurant has a great food - we dindt have breakfast but we did eat there several times. We was rent scooter from the hotel and i had a massage, everything was perfect. We will come back, for sure 😉

Very spacious comfortable quiet room with a fantastic view to the beach. Loved to be able to swim in the clean and quiet sea, also there are two very nice swimming pools for adults and kids. The beach is clean and shady. The breakfast is good and you can go there by a golf car or a funicular which is fun. The view from the breakfast room is amazing! Also, we appreciate that we were allowed a later check out for free. Massage was also very good! We enjoyed our stay so much that we dint leave the resort for the whole of our stay.

Great breakfast, lovely staff (Prime, Dream, Pol, Jia, Pear, Chef Tom, Pee). Great view, Pool and beach. Exceptionel Loy Kratong buffet. Perfect room and great view. In love forever. Also the Spa treatment for two was a great experience, 90 minutes were over in a blink of the eye. But very relaxing and great massage.
