Together with my family we spent 5 days at the hotel. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable, specifically: + very nice location, isolated from any traffic, near a small forest and with a beautiful view to the Tatra mountains + very good and tasty food for both breakfasts and dinners + clean and comfortable rooms + very nice and pleasant SPA area: nicely looking swimming pool with a pool bar inside, a couple of different saunas

The nice historical building of the hotel had great location in top of the city, no so far from ski resort. We like the outside pool and spa in the hotel especially during the winter time.

The hotel has an exceptionally stylish and well-thought-out design that reflects the surrounding nature of this lovely place. Absolutely everything is new, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The wellness area is wonderful – with pool, saunas, and excellent natural cosmetics. I especially appreciated the very thoughtful, caring and warm staff, and a big THANKS to the hotel director Mrs. Brezinová for her sensitive and supportive help and her goodwill during check-in. This place is truly magic.

The property is stunning and very well equipped with everything you can possible need for your stay in High Tatras. Luxurious, cozy and yet so spacious with stunning views. You can tell that a lot of detail and thought has been put into the property. The kitchen was big and everything in there was conveniently located, the dishwasher was useful. The 360 balcony is great as well as the big doors, I can only imagine how nice it can get in the summer when fully open. The walk in shower is amazing after a full day of skiing in the cold which we throughly enjoyed. The lobby has darts, billiard and some games and a bar which was a nice added bonus together with the onsite gym. The skis storage was really useful as it had a heated rail for ski boots. The host Miriam was friendly and very prompt to respond to all our questions. I can only recommend this place and next time we are in Tatras we’ll be coming here again!

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view to the mountains. Cable car station was just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was also available. The staff was very kind and helpful. Sure we will return in the future. Thank you for everything.

A Hidden Gem in Tatranská Lomnica This hotel is a true delight — exceptionally clean, modern, and cozy, with an unbeatable location. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and each visit reaffirms my appreciation for the place. It feels less like a hotel and more like a museum or a palace, beautifully preserved and thoughtfully designed. The breakfasts are excellent, and in the evening, the on-site restaurant and bar provide the perfect setting to unwind. A stroll through the surrounding park, breathing in the fresh mountain air, completes the experience. Everything about this place is just right. Highly recommended.

Amazing place!Very friendly and profesional staff, especially receptionists(welcom drink upon arrival).Whole property is very clean ,rooms spacious with everythink you need,wide comfy beds.Best Wellnes and Spa in High Tatras!We really enjoyed cosy pool area and outside jacuzzi. Food was delicious,a lot to choose from,smiley staff -always helpfull.

Everything was great. It is located in a quiet place, not crowded, the room was also excellent. Order and cleanliness everywhere. The wellness area was especially good, finally a swimming pool, which was a pleasant temperature. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the staff is correct and exemplary. We felt very good.
