I had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel offers good value for money. The spa is excellent; however, please note that it is not included with the pension stay, and there is an additional charge of 17 EUR per hour. Additionally, there is a restaurant located beneath the pension, which is also a great dining option.

Really dog friendly! :) Communication in advance was great! The young man at the reception, spoke fluently english, was very professional, motivated and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, with lots of love to details. Our room was exactly like the one in the pictures! The wellness area is absolutely statisfying and they have a good system on its usage, which allows individual and private use. In the evening the bar was open, with good music. To our surprise even the employees used it in their freetime, which proved to us that the mood within this Hotel was good. Drinks were available and for a reasonable price. Staff at the bar and in the morning at breakfast was again very polite and professional. Breakfast was freshly made and very good! Late checkout would have been possible also. Parking for free.

Very helpful staff, I needed to change a reservation last minute and they were vety kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect.

My son and his colleagues stayed in this hotel whilst taking part in a singing competition in Vrable and had a fabulous stay. They were very satisfied with the rooms and amenities, and said that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice part of the town, close to the venue where the competition was taking place. 10/10
