The rooms are generously proportioned, the staff was helpful and the breakfast generous (eggs/meats/porridges cooked to order as well as a buffet). The spa area is very nice with great views on the grounds and good facilities. They manage to balance a sense of the old and new very well.

The place is perfect, the apartment is clean, well-maintained, modern, perfectly furnished, where you feel like home. There is everything you need and even more. The entire space of the flat is perfectly developed. The apartment is bright, spacious and with a beautiful view. From Apartmán Kinas is 3 mins by car to Kubínska hoľa ski which is great ! Very nice hotel with great location far from the cities and deep in the forest. Very quiet environment, beautiful nature all around you. Staff had some difficulties in communication in English, but they tried their very best and was very nice and friendly, so we were able to understand each other at some point. Rooms are very clean, beds very comfy, huge balcony.
