The staff was very friendly and helpful, when we asked for an extra blanket or heater, they provided both of them. They were always ready and happy to help us and answer our questions.

I liked everything, including breakfast, room, and location. In that regard, I don`t have any recommendations. Definitely, the hotel is ESG-compliant because even a Hotel Key Card was made of wood material ;) I would like to give special thanks to miss Solveig who was extremely kind and assist me with everything that I asked for. She even ordered me coffee for the next quite early morning check out at 3:30 AM, that was highly appreciated by my side :)
