Although Caravan Park inspires a different idea in Australia as to what we were met with in Portugal, a little more research on our behalf could have prepared us better for our expectations to be met. This is primarily a residential caravan park more than camping/holiday. We were met by a lovely host Anabela who was more than happy to use Google Translate to walk us through the check-in process and receiving our security passes, as well as finding the bungalow nestled in between the many small streets of the park. The house itself was lovely, matched the pictures exactly and even included some basic kitchen items.

The place is amazing. The apartment is great and clean, perfectly located in the center of Setubal. It's also very nicely decorated. Ana, who is the host, is super friendly and made us feel at home. She prepared some delicious, handmade, local treats, and was always at our disposal.
